March 9, 2008Pat Murphy is back with a bang. He has shot up two positions this week and put himself into second place overtaking Ola’s Eagles and Don’s Deadlies thanks in main to his Liverpool pair Torres and Gerrard who both scored 22 points each. And all this goes on while he’s otherwise preoccupied with a new addition to his squad!
There was more shuffling around in the middle of the pack this week as a few more personal battles are being played out. Long may the friendly rivalry continue!
Dan Really does look destined for top spot in the inter-transfer window now. 29 points ahead and only 3 games left … surely he has it in the bag!
The scores include last Wednesday’s game and will include the three games next Wednesday, and then the transfer window will open for three days.

We can all dream of happy days … they may or may not come through though!
I forgot of course that Torres is due to get injured soon, chopped down by some hacker of a defender for the “good of all the other teams in the league”. You couldn’t injure Ronaldo, but Adebayor … well he has a dodgy hamstring. I’d be wondering about him too.
