Pat Murphy is back with a bang. He has shot up two positions this week and put himself into second place overtaking Ola’s Eagles and Don’s Deadlies thanks in main to his Liverpool pair Torres and Gerrard who both scored 22 points each. And all this goes on while he’s otherwise preoccupied with a new addition to his squad!
There was more shuffling around in the middle of the pack this week as a few more personal battles are being played out. Long may the friendly rivalry continue!
Dan Really does look destined for top spot in the inter-transfer window now. 29 points ahead and only 3 games left … surely he has it in the bag!
The scores include last Wednesday’s game and will include the three games next Wednesday, and then the transfer window will open for three days.

Only one game this midweek, just a catch-up game for teams that had played a game less than the others in the league. It finished Liverpool 4 – 0 West Ham, with a hat-trick for Senyor Torres, and another for the Stevie Gerrard despite the fact that he says they are just not good enough. Liverpool as about as good as I’d like them to be, that is to say that they’re languishing in the upper-mid table, of no threat to anyone.
Pat Murphy who has been steadily creeping up the table again, and is now only two points behind third position, having moved himself away from the chasing pack for the moment. He has the pedigree from last year … but has he left it too late?
Dan continues his meteoric rise up the table, and will soon be looking at fifth if at all possible, and then hopefully for him into the real prize-money. He looks odds on now for the inter-transfer crown as he’s 31 points ahead with only one round of games remaining.
